Promoter-Shri Biswanath Kar

Our Company's promoter Shri Biswanath Kar, son of Late Tustu Charan Kar belongs from Bargachia-Howrah district, which is situated in West Bengal. When he started working initially, he received an offer to work with the Central Lock Factory which was managed by the Government of West Bengal. But his innovative thought process motivated him to set up his own lock making business, which thus made him establish the company called Howrah Lock Industries. The energizing and forward-looking thinking of our founder has made this firm reach a remarkable position in the market, being amongst the top lock manufacturing units of West Bengal.

Mr. Biswanath Kar's dedicated and diligent work is well recognized and he was awarded Bharat Jyoti Award in the year 2001 as well as Outstanding Performance Award from Federation of Small a Medium Industries (FOSMI).
